This flexible role is ideal for someone looking to pick up shifts as needed while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice, following established standards and departmental procedures. Assist in the evaluation process and help establish treatment goals, including both short-term and long-term objectives. Develop and deliver individualized therapy programs to support rehabilitation and recovery.
