Technical Recruiter📍 San Francisco, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)💰 $150,000–$225,000 USD + Equity🏢 Hiring through Crooter for ConversionWe're partnering with Conversion, a fast-growing Series A startup, to hire a Technical Recruiter who will build the company's recruiting function from the ground up.This is a rare opportunity to report directly to CEO Neil Tewari, own recruiting strategy and execution, and play a key role in scaling a high-growth startup. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting across both Engineering and GTM teams while helping shape how recruiting operates as the company grows.What You'll DoBuild and own Conversion's recruiting function from scratch.Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and GTM roles.Partner directly with the CEO and hiring managers on hiring strategy.Design scalable recruiting processes and improve hiring efficiency.Manage external recruiting agencies and ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.Use data to influence hiring decisions and challenge stakeholders when appropriate.What We're Looking ForRequired Experience2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Technical and GTM roles.Experience building or owning recruiting at a startup.Experience working in a high-growth Seed to Series B startup.Experience managing external recruiting agencies.GTM recruiting experience is preferred over engineering-only recruiting.Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with Ashby (or a similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.Experience using AI sourcing and enrichment tools such as Clay, Juicebox, or Harmonic.Comfortable influencing hiring managers with data-driven recommendations.Professional, polished LinkedIn profile (client-facing role).Degree from a Top-50 university.LocationBased in San Francisco and available to work in-office 5 days per week.Visa sponsorship and relocation support are available.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $150,000–$225,000 USDCompetitive equity packageJoin a $28M Series A startup during an exciting stage of growthOpportunity to build the recruiting function from day oneDirect exposure to executive leadership and significant career growth
