Guigal, Frog's Leap, Tommasi, Dog Point, Masciarelli, Langlois, and Roseblood — a premium lineup that brings depth and prestige to wine programs at the country's most respected hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups.We sell wine the way our producers make it: with care, conviction, and a long view.The RoleVINTUS is hiring a National Accounts Manager, On Premise to grow the business with major national clients across the on-premise channel — restaurant groups, luxury hotel and resort brands, airport and stadium concessions, the travel and leisure sector, and high-volume hospitality operators. The role owns corporate-level buyer relationships, sets account-specific strategy, and drives execution alongside our distributor partners.The right candidate thrives operating independently at national scope, while also working closely with the Senior Director, National Accounts and the broader national team.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow corporate-level relationships with key national accounts in the on-premise channelBuild account-specific sales plans and programming that move the needleInfluence pricing strategy and audit account pricing and compliance across distributor marketsManage compliance and allocations across marketsPartner with distributor national account teams to drive execution at the local levelWork alongside VINTUS regional managers nationally to grow the overall business, including account compliance and ongoing inventory maintenanceLead presentations, RFPs, and buyer meetings — in person preferredForecast accurately and manage account performance against targetsBring market intelligence back to the broader VINTUS teamQualifications3+ years in on-premise national accounts at a wine or spirits supplier or distributor, with 5+ years total in the wine and spirits industryExisting relationships with national-account buyers across restaurant groups, hotel and resort brands, concessions, and the travel sectorRelationships with third-party beverage marketing and consulting companiesStrong working fluency in the three-tier system, distributor dynamics, BTG/BTB pricing, and compliance managementA track record of growing complex, multi-market portfoliosWine credentials (WSET, CMS, or equivalent) preferred; strong wine knowledge expectedRegular national travel — this role is active in the marketBase Salary commensurate with experience in the range $130,000 - $150,000LocationWest Coast preferred to complement existing team coverage, but strong candidates anywhere in the U.S. will be considered.BenefitsAnnual performance bonusSimple IRA with generous company matchMedical, dental, and visionPaid time off and paid parental leaveBusiness travel and expense supportVINTUS is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to recruiting, hiring and promoting qualified people of all backgrounds regardless of gender, race, color, creed, national origin, religion, age, marital status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, military or veteran status, or any other basis protected by federal, stateJob category: Sales and Marketing
