Emergency Veterinarian

This is a very exciting time for this 24/7, small animal only, emergency hospital. Opended its doors in March 2023, the hospital is looking to add a number of Emergency doctors to its team ready to serve the community. Their Medical Director is an Emergency and Critical Care Specialist, with a huge amount of experience, meaning they are happy to consider both new graduates and experienced doctors (a training program will be in place). The schedule will consist of 3 x 12 hour shifts per week, with a mix of Day, Swings, and Nights required, however for those that have preference for a particular type of shift are welcome to say and will be considered, as will doctors who don't wish to do any surgery as that can certainly be accommodated! The management team of the hospital fully appreciate that doctors need all the latest technology to provide the best care to patients, which is why they are kitting it out with all the best gadgets and toys! Hospital highlights include: Digital X-rays, CT Scanner, Infusion pumps, Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, Endoscopy, and surgical laser for their 2 surgery suites if needed. They also want to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere for their patients, which is why the hospital will look to get AAHA, VECCS accredited and Cat Friendly certified as soon as possible upon opening.
