Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Director of Admissions role at Killington Mountain School in Rutland, VT. The Director of Admissions will lead the school’s recruitment and enrollment efforts, engage with prospective student-athletes and their families, and manage the admissions process. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing enrollment strategies, conducting outreach to potential students, guiding families through the application and financial aid processes, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to promote the school’s mission and programs. Qualifications Proficiency in Enrollment Management and Student Recruiting to attract and enroll qualified student-athletesStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with prospective families and effectively convey the school’s missionExperience in guiding families through Student Financial Aid processesOrganizational and leadership abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful admissions strategiesFamiliarity with secondary school education and athletic programs is highly desirableBachelor’s degree required; experience in admissions or a related field preferredAbility to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in an on-campus environment
