Driver Compliance Coordinator

Location: Winter Haven, FLPay: $22-$23 per hourOur client is seeking a Driver Compliance Coordinator to support driver onboarding and ongoing DOT compliance efforts within a fast-paced transportation environment. This role partners closely with Recruiting and Safety to ensure all CDL drivers meet company, FMCSA, and DOT requirements.What You’ll Be Doing Review driver applications and verify required hiring documentation Process and maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) Track expiring documents including medical cards, MVRs, and background checks Coordinate with Recruiting and Safety regarding compliance requirements and onboarding Maintain accurate records within ATS and transportation systems Assist with DOT audits, compliance reporting, and file maintenance Monitor ongoing driver compliance and escalate issues as neededWhat You’ll Need Previous transportation, driver compliance, recruiting support, or safety administration experience Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT driver qualification regulations Experience handling DQFs and audit preparation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with ATS platforms, Tenstreet, AS400, or similar systems preferred Ability to manage confidential information professionally Strong communication skills and ability to work across departmentsWhat’s In It For You Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Stable, team-oriented work environment with growth opportunitiesApply now!
