CNC Manufacturing Technician -- Multi-Axis Turning & Milling

If you enjoy producing tight-tolerance parts and want a place to build your career, this role is for you.Pay & Schedule Starting base: $21.50/hr (based on experience)2nd shift premium: +$1.50/hr1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm2nd Shift: 3:30pm–12:00amOn-the-job training and growth opportunity available.Role Snapshot Program and/or operate CNC lathes and mills to perform I.D., O.D., facing, chamfering, grooving, and drilling from bar stock to print.Choose and change arbors, fixtures, speeds, inserts, and tooling to drawing requirements.Run and qualify the first piece; adjust offsets to meet all quality characteristics; complete setup paperwork for approval.Load parts, run cycles, and perform in-process checks at defined intervals; make adjustments to maintain spec throughout production.Monitor fluid levels and keep equipment in reliable operating condition.Surface grind and re-sharpen arbor teeth as needed.Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDPrefer 1 year in a manufacturing environment operating CNC equipment (setup experience preferred)Experience with Hardinge lathe, HAAS, Mazak, Ganesh, or Doosan is a plusProficient with gages and micrometersComfortable reading and understanding blueprintsCore Competencies GD&TEquipment TroubleshootingCNC ToolingG-Code & M-CodeCNC Machine Setup & ChangeoverTroubleshooting CNC MachinesManual MachiningCommunication SkillsShop MathManufacturing Environment ExperienceBlueprint ReadingBasic Computer SkillsMachines & Technologies CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) — Mazak, Haas, Okuma, DoosanCNC Lathe (2–4 axis) — Mazak, Haas, Okuma, DoosanCNC Swiss LatheCNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)CNC Lathe (5+ axis)Why Timken 401(k) with company match for first 6%Medical, dental, visionShort-term & long-term disabilityHealth Savings Account with company contributionFlexible Spending AccountCompany-paid life insuranceParental leaveTuition reimbursementVacation and paid holidaysWellness programs & discounts
