*Required Skills & Experience*
* 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or program support roles, ideally in IT services/staffing environments.
* Proven experience coordinating with large teams (25+ resources) across distributed locations.
* Strong organizational skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting; PowerPoint for status decks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with client stakeholders.
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, SharePoint, or similar tracking/ticketing systems preferred.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple threads simultaneously, and drive follow-through without heavy supervision.
* Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable pushing for updates and holding people accountable in a professional, collaborative way.
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline; PMP/CAPM or similar certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
