Position: Clinical Psychologist (PSYPACT) Location: 100% Virtual Compensation: Payroll runs bi‑weekly. W2 positions include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with up to 3.5% matching, and other benefits. Structures: Choose between 1099 (15+ hrs per week) or W2 (25+ hrs per week, includes 401(k) with matching and benefits). Responsibilities Provide exceptional evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults (15 hrs or more per week). Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI‑powered scribe). Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) using a compassionate and age‑appropriate approach. Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices. Qualifications Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part‑time, or full‑time basis (at least 15 hrs per week). PSYPACT authorization (APIT) to practice across participating states. Degree in Clinical Psychology: Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology. Experience working with older adults strongly preferred. Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth.
