Depending on team needs, responsibilities may include:Supporting day-to-day data center operations to meet defined service levelsPerforming hardware and network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and physical repairsParticipating in root cause analysis for hardware and software issuesAssembling, installing, and maintaining equipmentMaintaining inventory and test/tool equipmentDeveloping or contributing to documentation and internal trainingProviding technical support to data center teamsWriting or using scripts to update server and networking hardwareParticipating in an on-call rotation and providing after-hours support as neededOccasional travel to other data center locationsThis is a salaried, fully onsite role at one of our data center locations.About The RoleYou don’t need to check every box to express interest. Come join us!The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
