Location: South Bend, INType of Role: Long Term ContractWage: $29/hr - $34/hr Depending on ExperienceThe RoleOur client, a leading global tire manufacturer, is seeking a Digital Market Manager to lead their e-commerce, digital merchandising, and retail partnership growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online growth, improving the customer journey, and influencing how products show up and sell online. You’ll be embedded onsite with a major retail partner, working cross-functionally to optimize product content, improve conversion rates, and drive online sales performance.What You Will Be DoingAct as the primary digital point of contact between brand and retail teams for online initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve website performance, conversion rates, and user experienceOptimize the customer journey across key stages (browse → evaluate → purchase)Improve product detail pages (PDPs) to increase engagement and conversionManage and optimize product catalog, taxonomy, and digital content for better search and discoverabilitySupport new product launches by ensuring accurate and compelling online presenceMonitor and reduce out-of-stock issues through forecasting and inventory alignmentAnalyze performance data and provide insights, reporting, and recommendationsBuild scorecards and participate in monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational efficiencyWhat We Are Looking For2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retailDegree in Marketing or related majorStrong understanding of conversion optimization, PDPs, and online customer journeysExperience working with product data, catalogs, taxonomy, or digital contentAnalytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisionsStrong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teamsExperience with tools like Google Ads or Meta campaigns is a plusQuick Snapshot (What This Role Really Is)If you’ve worked in any of the following, you’ll likely be a strong fit:E-Commerce ManagerDigital Merchandising / Site MerchandisingCategory Manager (Online Retail)Marketplace / Amazon / Walmart.com rolesProduct Data / Catalog / PIM roles with e-commerce exposureApply NowIf you enjoy improving online experiences, working with product data, and driving measurable growth—this is a role where you’ll see the impact of your work every day.
