The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore developers on multiple projects, while ensuring high-quality code and documentation. You must have strong experience with Laravel and CakePHP frameworks, MySQL databases, and Linux administration with Nginx web servers. The ability to take extreme ownership, work in an Agile environment, and document development processes is vital. While experience with Node.js is a plus, it’s not required. Position Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and CakePHP frameworks. Manage and optimize MySQL databases to ensure performance and scalability. Administer Linux servers (specifically Nginx) and ensure server environments are secure and efficient. Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to deliver on multiple concurrent projects. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs or issues in a timely manner. Document development processes and workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency for future reference. Contribute to Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Take extreme ownership of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and solutions are scalable. Perform testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to maintain high code quality. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and development practices. Qualification: Required Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in computer science, data science, or a related field is required. 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
