Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate RBTs to join our team. We are a BCBA-owned company that puts our clients first. We provide RBTs with ongoing training and supervision. Those seeking BCaBA and BCBA careers are provided with fieldwork supervision and mentorship. Mileage reimbursement is available for those who drive between clients.
Duties
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of care plans
- Work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Educate and support families on behavioral strategies
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of ABA principles and practices
- Familiarity with data collection methods and techniques
- Background in special education is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
