The ideal candidate will have experience working with this patient population and possess the necessary certifications to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric patients with dementia. Monitor and manage behavioral disturbances in alignment with treatment protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in the state of Tennessee. Must have prior experience with dementia patients.
