The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating and implementing personalized care plans, administering therapeutic techniques, and monitoring patient progress. Additionally, the role involves working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and ensuring all therapy services are properly documented and compliant with regulations.DutiesAssessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status.Participation in the development of the total plan of care.Assesses for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM-potential for rehab.Directing the PT treatment, instructing patients and families/caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionalsAdhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelinesQualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist in the state of TEXASExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to commute is a mustPrevious experience in a home health setting is preferredBenefitsFriendly, Accessible Office Staff 24/7Flexible Schedule - Work When You Want!One to One Patient Ratio In-Home with Patient
