Job Description Insurance Job : Employee Benefits ProducerSalary: $80-120KLocation: Tampa, FloridaOur Tampa based insurance firm is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Producer. You will be responsible for growing your own book of business which will includegenerating, prospecting, soliciting, and closing new accounts as well as helping to retain your existingclients. You will be in daily contact with potential customers of various sizes, building relationships,problem solving and assessing their needsResponsibilities:Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discoveryProspect via phone, internet, fieldwork, referrals, industry networking, and trade showsParticipate in face-to-face meetings, present proposals and solutions to close businessWork with the manager to ensure alignment with branch strategy in forecasting, business plansand pipeline developmentReview sales activities and prospective customers with ManagementQualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferredWillingness to travel, as neededExcellent systems knowledge: MS Office and internetAbility to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent resultsStrong ability to persuade, motivate and influence othersAbility to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectivelyAll inquiries will be kept 100% confidentialApply direct to mnugent@aprcareers.com
