The Estimator & Project Manager will be responsible for preparing detailed construction project estimates, managing project budgets, and overseeing cost management processes. Additional responsibilities include effective communication with contractors, developers, and team members to ensure smooth project coordination and successful delivery. Must be okay with potential travel to other states.QualificationsExpertise in Construction Estimating and Project EstimationKnowledge and experience in Cost Management and BudgetingStrong Communication skills to successfully collaborate with clients and team membersFamiliarity with construction industry products and practices is a plusProficiency with estimation software and project management tools is highly desirableProven ability to organize and manage multiple projects effectivelyTitan Door offers a competitive pay in this field.
