Our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction sets us apart and drives our success.Join our team and become part of a company that values your skills, knowledge, and contribution.Essential Job Functions:Safely transport and install machinery of various sizesPerform rigging operations on stamping presses, weld cells, assembly cells, fixtures, and mezzaninesOperate gantries, overhead cranes, mobile cranes, and forkliftsLead and coordinate crews on small and large-scale projectsMaintain clear communication with customers, project managers, and estimators regarding job progressAdhere to all company safety policies and proceduresTrain apprentices and team members on rigging techniques and equipment operationPreferred Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial machinery installation and removalExperience operating gantries, overhead cranes, and mobile cranesValid driver's license (CDL-A is a plus)Willingness to travel as neededWhat we offer:Competitive compensation100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents401k with 3% company matchOvertime after 8 hoursPTO and vacation timeAnd much more!
