Job Summary: As a Primary Care Physician, you will apply and modify the principles, methods, and techniques of medicine to provide comprehensive primary care to our patients. Key Responsibilities:Provide primary patient care for adult and pediatric populations at our Primary Care locations Conduct health assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions Collaborate with healthcare teams, including NPs/PAs, support staff, and specialists Oversee urgent care responsibilities at our Urgent Care locations, ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfaction Maintain thorough documentation in the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system Participate in shared call rotation for urgent care and primary care needs, with minimal frequency Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management Required Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
