You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our clinics by delivering exceptional care, contributing to the health and well-being of the communities we serve, and working within a collaborative, physician-led environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide primary patient care for adult and pediatric populations at our Primary Care locationsConduct health assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditionsCollaborate with healthcare teams, including NPs/PAs, support staff, and specialistsOversee urgent care responsibilities at our Urgent Care locations, ensuring high-quality service and patient satisfactionMaintain thorough documentation in the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) systemParticipate in shared call rotation for urgent care and primary care needs, with minimal frequencyEducate patients on preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease managementRequired Qualifications:Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric MedicineAt least 1 year of experience working autonomously in Primary Care or Internal MedicineDesired Qualifications:Active Medical License in the United StatesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary healthcare teamCompensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $210,000 - $250,000 DOE Sign-On Bonus/Relocation: Negotiable Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and HDHP Retirement: 401k with employer match Insurance: Life, Disability, Malpractice, Licensing, and Indemnity Plans Paid Time Off: 4+ weeks PTO, paid holidays, and CME days CME: Generous allowance and time off for continuing education Work-Life Balance: No rounding or hospital privileges required; shared light call scheduleWhy Join Us?
