What You’ll Do: Oversee and elevate food & beverage operations, delivering exceptional service daily Manage special events, menu rollouts, and member activities Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team Ensure excellence in service, quality, and financial results Innovate and craft unforgettable dining experiences What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of F&B management experience (fine dining or country club preferred) Passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences Strong knowledge of inventory, cost control, payroll, and budgeting Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills A drive to adapt, innovate, and lead with purpose Why Work at The Cliffs?
