Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and driven Admissions Representative for an on-site, full-time role based in our Huntington Park, CA campus. In this position, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide information about our educational programs, and help them take the first steps toward achieving their career goals. Responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective students, interviewing and evaluating candidates, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive enrollment experience. You will work collaboratively with the admissions team and other departments to achieve enrollment objectives. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with prospective studentsExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information effectivelyCustomer Service skills with a proven track record of delivering positive client experiencesExperience in Sales and Training, with the ability to motivate and guide prospective students in their decision-making processOrganizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using CRM software and office tools is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferredBilingual capabilities are an asset
