This senior-level role provides strategic leadership, mentorship to project teams, and accountability for schedule, budget, safety, and quality performance across assigned projects. The position will work in our Alpharetta, GA location 5 days a week, with up to 50% travel required for project site visits.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full project lifecycle for complex commercial electrical construction projects, from take-offs through closeoutOversee multiple projects simultaneously with full responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, and safety performanceDevelop project execution plans, staffing plans, budgets, and schedulesPlan, allocate, and manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors efficientlyCoordinate owner-furnished and contractor-furnished materials with owners and general contractorsProvide senior-level leadership, mentorship, and coaching to project managers, superintendents, and field electriciansManage subcontractors, contracts, vendor relationships, and procurement strategiesDevelop, maintain, and analyze project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reportsReview, negotiate, and approve change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contractual documentationPrepare, review, and approve progress billings, pay applications, and closeout documentationLead pre-construction meetings, coordination meetings, and executive-level project updatesIdentify scope changes, project risks, and cost impacts; implement mitigation and recovery strategiesEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and jobsite safety standardsServe as a primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, and senior leadership teamEnsure effective communication and alignment across internal teams and external partnersPerform additional senior-level duties as assignedRequired QualificationsMinimum of 12-15+ years of experience in commercial electrical constructionProven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager or lead Project Manager on large, complex projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and commercial construction standardsDemonstrated ability to manage large project budgets, schedules, manpower, and subcontractorsExperience mentoring and leading project management and field teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and construction project management softwareAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contractsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communicationAbility to manage multiple high-value projects and meet critical deadlinesWillingness to travel up to 50% for project site visitsValid driver's license requiredPreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience working on retail, higher education, or distribution center projectsMulti-state project management experienceStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with cost tracking, forecasting, and construction accountingBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance effective first day of the month following start date401(k) with company matching after six months of employmentPaid Time Off (PTO) based on accrualPaid holidays100% employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insuranceLife insurance (voluntary and employer-provided)Any questions, feel free to email: humanresources@bryanelectricinc.com DISCLAIMER All office personnel must be able to pass a background check and drug screening prior to being onboarded.
