No shortcuts.We focus on real diagnostics, proper maintenance, and long-term solutions that improve system performance and customer comfort.Our installers are craftsmen—not salespeople.If you take pride in clean installs, sharp problem-solving, and stand behind your work, you’ll fit in here.We’re growing fast and looking for experienced Lead Installers who can step in, take ownership, and consistently produce high-quality work without being micromanaged.________________________________________Top Performers Wanted:If you’re the person others rely on to get the job done right, we want you.Strong leads here are recognized, respected, and given real opportunities to grow into higher-level roles—not just more work.________________________________________Pay: $25–$60/hour (Based on Experience & Performance)Top-tier leads who can run jobs efficiently, solve problems, and deliver clean installs will be paid at the top of the range.________________________________________Sign-On Bonus Available:We offer a sign-on bonus for qualified, experienced candidates who can make an immediate impact.________________________________________Performance-Based Raises (First 90 Days):Prove your skill, leadership, and work ethic—and you won’t be stuck waiting a year for a raise.We evaluate performance within your first 90 days and reward those who deliver.________________________________________Responsibilities:•    Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish •    Oversee and develop install helpers to ensure quality and efficiency •    Read and interpret job specs, layouts, and system requirements •    Perform clean, code-compliant installs (ductwork, equipment, piping, wiring, etc.) •    Troubleshoot and solve issues in the field without constant supervision •    Maintain a clean, organized job site and professional appearance •    Communicate clearly with homeowners when needed (no sales pressure—just honesty) •    Ensure every install meets our standards—not just “good enough” ________________________________________Requirements:•    Proven experience as an HVAC installer (lead experience strongly preferred) •    Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices •    Ability to run a job independently and make sound decisions in the field •    Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills •    Attention to detail and pride in clean, high-quality work •    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation •    Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in typical field conditions •    EPA certification (required)Compensation details: 25-60 Hourly Wage
