Tracell Acquisitions is representing AT&T Fiber throughout the Indianapolis area. We are hiring a full-time AT&T Representative to support our growing AT&T campaign by helping customers discover reliable, high-speed fiber internet solutions through face-to-face interactions. As an AT&T Representative, you will work alongside a motivated team to represent AT&T Fiber and provide customers with personalized internet solutions. You will meet with customers in person, educate them on AT&T Fiber products and services, answer questions, recommend plans based on their needs, and assist them through the enrollment process while delivering a positive customer experience. *Core Functions of the AT&T Representative* * Represent AT&T Fiber by creating engaging, face-to-face customer interactions that build trust and strengthen brand awareness. * Meet with customers to understand their internet needs and recommend AT&T Fiber plans that best fit their household and lifestyle. * Educate customers on AT&T Fiber services, internet speeds, pricing, promotions, and available features to support informed decisions. * Assist customers with account enrollment, plan selection, and installation scheduling while ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Identify opportunities to introduce additional AT&T Fiber products and services that provide greater value to customers. * Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism. *Preferred Skills for the AT&T Representative* * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. * Comfortable interacting with customers in face-to-face sales environments. * Detail-oriented when completing customer enrollments and account documentation. * Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to achieving individual and team objectives. * Ability to explain AT&T Fiber products and services in a clear, easy-to-understand way. * Eager to learn new skills, contribute to team success, and pursue opportunities for professional growth.
