Job Title : Java Full Stack Developer
Location : Jersey City, NJ (Remote )
Job Description
Technical Skills Primary
Strong experience in Java Spring Boot REST APIs microservices and backend service development
Handson experience in API orchestration and integration across distributed enterprise systems
Experience with Boomi or similar integration platforms for building reliable data exchange flows
Strong understanding of OAuth 20 JWTbased authentication Microsoft Entra ID and secure API authorization
Experience in implementing complex business logic including premium calculation referral rules validation rules and status transitions
Good knowledge of thirdparty service integration including tax calculation payment portal compliance and downstream policy systems
Experience in performance optimization to support realtime API response SLAs
Handson exposure to centralized logging monitoring production debugging and observability tools such as Dynatrace and MongoDB
Experience in designing validation frameworks data integrity checks and secure backend workflows
Ability to contribute to architecture discussions code reviews design decisions and production support
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to Have NOT MANDATORY
Experience in insurance domain underwriting workflows quote generation policy administration or submission processing
Exposure to Cyber Quote Payment Portal OFAC Orchestrator or similar enterprise integration platforms
Experience with automated decision engine capabilities such as AutoQuote AutoRefer and AutoDecline
Knowledge of document generation notification handling and postquote workflow automation
Familiarity with legacytomodern authentication migration and dual authentication support
Exposure to Agile delivery crossfunctional collaboration and working with Product QA Integration and Architecture teams
Soft Skills
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
Ability to review requirements and provide work effort estimation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under tight timelines on high visibility business critical deliverables
Good collaboration skills to work with Product QA Integration Architecture and Production Support teams

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $95,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
