Handyman

We are looking to hire a Handyman with a pleasant personality to join our existing top-notch team at our apartment complex. This is a full time, long term permanent position with housing provided. Responsibilities Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing and heating and ventilation systems maintenance Clean interior of the apartment units when residents move out and prepare the units for new move ins. Comply with all safety and health regulations Qualifications Eagerness to work and willingness to learn!
