Software Engineering Manager

Overview In this role you lead a software and firmware engineering team to deliver embedded networking solutions, guiding architecture, design, validation, and release across the product lifecycle. You collaborate with DSP, ASIC, hardware, and program management to tackle cross-disciplinary challenges and silicon bring-up. You’ll drive quality, performance, and schedule adherence while shaping engineering processes and mentoring staff. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced product environment with a strong impact on product quality and time-to-market.
