Machine Operator All Shifts

Machine OperatorWe are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.DutiesRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and production requirements.Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments, including calipers, to ensure accurate dimensions of products.Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain standards and specifications.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions promptly.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.SkillsProficiency in machining techniques and operation of manufacturing equipment.Strong ability in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.Familiarity with SolidWorks for design interpretation is a plus.Experience in quality control processes within a manufacturing facility.Competence in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments like calipers.Knowledge of Fanuc systems is advantageous for CNC operations.Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and quality output.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.About Inova Staffing: Since 1992, Inova Staffing Services has been a trusted staffing partner throughout Northeast Ohio.
