Senior Program Manager - Remote
Overview:
In this role you will lead strategic onboarding engagements for Blueprint firms and drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance the Blueprint platform, operating model, and client experience. You will serve as the primary project leader for complex client implementations, coordinating across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Product, Onboarding and Transitions. You will also manage internal Blueprint programs aimed at improving scalability, efficiency, advisor experience, and business growth. This contract position emphasizes hands-on leadership, risk mitigation, and enabling successful onboarding outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding projects for new Blueprint firms from planning to launch
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources
- Coordinate activities across client stakeholders, custodians, technology vendors, consulting teams, operations, and internal partners
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, issue resolution, and executive updates
- Ensure onboarding deliverables meet schedule, client expectations, and Blueprint standards
- Proactively identify risks and craft mitigation plans to maintain momentum
- Drive accountability across stakeholders while maintaining a positive client experience
- Create process documentation for future onboarding projects
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree 10-15 years of experience in program/project management or related leadership roles in the financial industry (preferably in the RIA space) Approximately 10-20% travel for client onboarding, leadership meetings, planning, and industry events Success in navigating complex RIA, broker-dealer, custodial, and technology environments; ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives; comfort operating in ambiguity; ability to influence without direct authorityexceptional project leadershipstrong organizational and communication skillsability to navigate ambiguityproject managementprogram managementstakeholder management
