Hospital Custodian

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. Duties: - Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Sweep and mop floors, and perform buffing and floor care duties as needed - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Assist with minor maintenance tasks as required - Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times Skills: - Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and equipment - Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail - Strong organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules efficiently - Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks is a plus - Capability to work independently and as part of a team This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our facility through effective custodial services.
