The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing key materials, and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents. Additionally, the role requires managing case files, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with clients, attorneys, and staff. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.QualificationsProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewStrong skills in Legal Research to support case preparationExperience drafting and managing Pleadings and MotionsExceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and professional legal environmentProficiency with legal research tools and softwareParalegal certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred but not necessaryFamiliarity with litigation procedures and legal terminology is an advantage
