This role focuses on deep technical execution—leveraging expertise in JVM optimization, core Java concurrency, and distributed system design—while providing mentorship to junior and mid-level developers and delivering robust solutions in a fast-paced environment.Technical Qualifications & Core SkillsCore Java Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Core Java (JSE), including mandatory deep knowledge of JVM tuning, concurrency, and memory management.Frameworks & Microservices: 3+ years of dedicated experience in Spring Framework / Spring Boot and designing scalable Microservices architectures.System Design & Integration: Proven track record in System Design and Integration, with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), and distributed systems.API & Code Quality: Experience participating in code reviews, defining best practices for API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI), and ensuring high-quality CI/CD standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Problem-Solving: Navigate complex technical debt, solve intricate architectural challenges, and deliver high-quality code under high-pressure timelines.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior/mid-level developers to support team growth and technical excellence.Stakeholder Collaboration: Utilize strong communication skills to articulate technical details effectively to cross-functional team members and non-technical stakeholders or clients.
