The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of broad experience in employment law with training, experience, and interest in both employment law counseling and employment litigation. This role involves significant day-to-day counseling of Firm clients, including in New York and Florida, as well as employment support on M&A transactions. Qualified candidates must have a high level of motivation and initiative, excellent writing and communication skills, as well as strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school. Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible and willing to seek admission to the Florida Bar. EOE.The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000-$235,000.
