General Mechanical Work - Traveling Outage Crew

Job Description Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation work during planned outages and shutdowns at industrial and power generation facilities across multiple locations.This position requires consistent travel and the ability to work 7 days per week, 12-hour shifts for the duration of each outage. Assignments are schedule-driven and production-focused. When the unit is down, the clock is running.Responsibilities include:Removal and replacement of pumps, motors, fans, gearboxes, and valvesEquipment disassembly and reassemblyGasket, packing, and seal replacementRigging and setting equipmentAssisting with inspections and corrective repairsFollowing lockout/tagout and strict safety protocolsWork is physically demanding and performed in high-energy environments under tight timelines.
