Human Resources Administration Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support across various HR functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the HR Director Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare HR-related documents (offer letters, employment verifications, etc.) Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Support benefits administration and enrollment processes Assist with compliance, audits, and reporting Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field) 2-3 years of HR support experience requiredStrong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with HRIS systems is a plus Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
