Working within a comprehensive Total Rewards structure, this role provides key contributions and subject matter expertise for developing and maintaining a competitive and sustainable benefits portfolio for Skanska USA.The Senior Manager of Retirement Benefits serves as Skanska USA's subject matter expert for retirement benefits and oversees the plan administration of multiple 401(k) and non-qualified plans with complex, differentiated plan designs and administrative needs. They manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure the successful delivery of all plan administration, annual plan activities, audits and testing, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager of Retirement Benefits recommends and implements opportunities to optimize Skanska USA's retirement plans, manages all retirement vendor relationships, and facilitates Investment Committee meetings and initiatives. This role also works in very close collaboration with all Total Rewards team members to provide high-impact support to our business units, and to develop and deliver a first-rate rewards experience for Skanska USA's diverse workforce.Required Qualifications:10+ years progressive experience overseeing large and complex retirement benefit plans. Experience with large health and welfare benefit plans a plus.5+ years of success in highly de-centralized and geographically diverse company structure.5+ years of experience working across HR, payroll and benefit technologies; Oracle HCM, JD Edwards and BenXpress experience a plus.Bachelor's or other advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or other related discipline.
