Software Development Engineer PrincipalOur client, a Digital Infrastructure Company, is looking for a Software Development Engineer Principal for their Dallas, TX location. Responsibilities include:Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a transformation and BAU capacityProviding deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday Benefits, HCM, Reporting & DashboardsProviding end to end consulting with our internal customers on onboarding requirements, providing strategic designs and walking through the solution, ensuring a successful end to end delivery.Integration experience with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting a bonusAssigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changesSupport test scripts creation relevant to the change/projectResponsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancementsWork closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end to end Workday systems improvement.Ability to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projectsRequirements include:Workday Benefits developer experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacityExperience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environmentConfiguration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration,Advanced Reporting Writer skillsBeneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent ManagementExcellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structureStrong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the systemWhy should you apply?:Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
