The Ophthalmic Technician will assist ophthalmologists in providing high-quality eye care by performing diagnostic tests, preparing patients for exams, capturing precise images using fundus photography, and maintaining detailed medical records as a scribe. This position requires clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care excellence.QualificationsProficiency in Ophthalmology and Optometry procedures and practices.Experience with Fundus Photography and other diagnostic imaging techniques.Experience in documenting medical histories and assisting during examinations and procedures. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting.Previous experience in an ophthalmology or optometry setting is highly desirable.
