As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy across campaigns, content, and consumer touchpoints. This role will also oversee brand management for PURALIMA, ensuring a cohesive yet distinct identity for this brand. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, creative instinct, and strong executional leadership with a passion for building premium, wellness-driven brands.Position OverviewThe Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for owning and elevating the CRISP & GREEN and PURALIMA brands, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all consumer touchpoints. This individual will lead campaign development, creative direction, and brand storytelling, while partnering cross-functionally to drive business results across product launches, brand initiatives, and ongoing marketing efforts. This role operates at both a strategic and hands-on level, guiding the work while stepping in to execute at key moments that define the brand.Brand Strategy & Campaign LeadershipOwn the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and local channelsTranslate brand positioning into clear, compelling campaign concepts and messaging frameworksLead planning for menu launches, seasonal initiatives, and brand momentsLead storytelling for the brand across consumer touchpoints, bringing the brand to life in creative and engaging ways.Creative Direction & Content LeadershipDefine and uphold the visual and editorial standards across both brandsLead creative direction for photoshoots and content capture, including shot lists, styling, and asset needsSupport asset pitching to leadership for approval and ensure all creative outputs meet brand standardsOwn the creative pipeline in partnership with the Graphic DesignerCopywriting & Brand VoiceMaintain brand standards outlined in the brand book, ensuring all copy is on-brand, relevant, and consistently appliedWrite and refine campaign messaging, headlines, and key brand momentsDevelop copy for use across email, social, in-store, and digital touchpointsSocial Media Strategy & Digital ContentEstablish content pillars, storytelling frameworks, and series conceptsPartner with the Social Media Specialist to guide execution and ensure alignment with brand standardsLead development of campaign-driven social content and influencer integrationsPartner with Graphic Designer on email creative and copywritingOwn the email content calendar, back-end builds and execution in PunchhOwn website asset changes in Wordpress to support campaigns as necessaryAnalyze performance and optimize content strategy to drive engagement and brand growthInfluencer & Partnership StrategySupport the influencer and partnership strategy for C&GCreate influencer briefs to support brand campaigns and launchesIdentify creators and collaborators aligned with the brand’s positioningShape campaign concepts and content expectations for partnershipsCross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with operations, culinary, digital, and leadership teams to align on initiativesLead cross-functional planning and execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are metAct as a key decision-maker, balancing brand integrity with business objectivesVendor & Agency ManagementManage relationships with creative, production, and print vendorsEnsure quality, efficiency, and alignment with brand standardsOversee project scopes and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of executionRequirements6+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related rolesExperience in QSR, wellness, fitness or lifestyle brands strongly preferredProven ability to lead integrated campaigns and brand initiativesStrong creative instinct and visual taste levelExceptional copywriting and storytelling skillsExperience managing cross-functional teams and external partnersAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentThe Ideal CandidateThinks like a brand owner, not just a marketerBrings both creative vision and operational disciplineIs as comfortable on set at a shoot as they are building a campaign strategyCan manage multiple brands while maintaining clarity, focus, and differentiationUnderstands how brands build community, creating an identity that consumers connect with and want to be part of, not just buy from.Must be willing to travel and work Saturdays as needed
