For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.- Oversee crews up to 15 workers- Provide on-site leadership and directions for team and subcontractors to assure work is completed on schedule and in budget- Coordinate with other trades through both BIM and in the field- Plan ahead and manage tools and material for assigned crew- Quality control- Accurately and timely, prepare and produce reports such as JSA's, daily reports, and material requisitions- Produce and maintain as-built drawings throughout duration of the project- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, contractors, and inspectors- Mentor and train apprentices to help build future workforce- Work with tools as needed or required- Installation of electrical panels, transformers, disconnects, switch boards, and other electrical equipment- Pulling wire and terminating- Conduit bending, cutting, and threading and installation- Trouble shoot and repair electrical systems- Installing light fixtures and devicesRequirements- Must be able to read, interpret and understand all project drawings and specifications- Must have in-depth knowledge of NEC along with common trade procedures and standards- Must have working knowledge of line and low voltage controls- Must have excellent written and verbal skills- Must have basic computer skills and be able to us an iPad or tablet- Must be able to positively identify wire colors and sizes- Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be willing to learn and work with others- Must be xmcpwfu able to perform work safely with required PPE- Must have ability to meet physical demands of the position including (but not limited to) bending, hunching, kneeling, standing, and working on your feet for long periods of time- Must be able to lift to 50+ lbs.- Must be able to climb and work off ladders and other elevated surfaces such as lifts- Must be able to work in different elements such as heat, cold, wind, and rain- Must possess the minimum required tools for SE&M- Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsite
