Key ResponsibilitiesOwn outbound prospecting into enterprise commercial construction contractors, making approximately 100 cold calls per day
Build a qualified pipeline by booking high-conviction discovery meetings with potential buyers
Utilize modern tools and develop outbound strategies to enhance prospecting effectiveness and provide insights to sales and marketing teamsRequired QualificationsExperience making 50+ cold calls per day in a prior SDR or BDR role
Ability to build and refine outbound sequences that outperform standard templates
Strong discovery instincts to identify customer pain points
Demonstrated ability to implement feedback quickly and improve performance
Preference for candidates with experience in the construction or specialty trades industry
