Working alongside senior engineers and cross-functional IT teams, you’ll help ensure reliable connectivity, strong system performance, and secure network operations across the organization.In This Role, You WillAssist in designing, implementing, and maintaining LAN, WAN, VPN, and VOIP environmentsTroubleshoot network issues and support resolution of connectivity and performance problemsConfigure and install routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and related network devicesCollaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology rolloutsMonitor network performance and support proactive maintenance activitiesMaintain accurate documentation of network configurations and inventory recordsProvide technical support to users on network-related technologies and issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to network reliability and performanceHelp ensure network systems align with security and operational standardsWork collaboratively with infrastructure and IT support teams to maintain stable operationsRequirements: What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a motivated IT professional with strong technical curiosity, troubleshooting skills, and a desire to grow within network engineering and infrastructure operations.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldKnowledge of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCPHands-on experience with network equipment including routers and switchesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate technical information clearly and effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsCCNA certification or equivalentExperience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or NagiosBasic understanding of network security principles and practicesFamiliarity with cloud networking platforms such as AWS or AzureYour Work ScheduleThis is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift.
