Lead HVAC Service Technician

Job Description Lead HVAC Service Technician / Senior HVAC Service Technician / Lead HVAC Engineer required to join a well-established commercial HVAC contractor delivering service, maintenance, and project solutions across North America. The successful Lead HVAC Service Technician / Senior HVAC Service Technician / Lead HVAC Engineer will work independently or as part of a team which will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, installation, consultation, design, & estimation for a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment. The ideal Lead HVAC Service Technician / Senior HVAC Service Technician / Lead HVAC Engineer will have strong experience in a service vehicle, doing service work for an HVAC contractor and the ability to work with a team. Package & Location: Up to $55 per hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off company holidays Company vehicle (take-home), tools, phone, and laptop provided Location: Houston, TX Lead HVAC Service Technician / Senior HVAC Service Technician / Lead HVAC Engineer Responsibilities: Performs troubleshooting, repair, preventative maintenance, installation, consultation, design, & estimation for a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment. Mentors and/or supervises more junior technicians within the team. Records progress with the latest digital tools and software Redeems customer commitments in a professional, transparent, and timely manner. Lead HVAC Service Technician / Senior HVAC Service Technician / Lead HVAC Engineer Responsibilities: Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience on air-cooled & water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, large packaging units & boilers. Experience with at least once of the following brands: Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, McQuay, Quantum. Must have experience in a service vehicle, doing service work for an HVAC contractor and the ability to work with a team. Must be reliable and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
