This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you will directly support skill development and positive behavior change.You will be supported by experienced supervisors and receive ongoing guidance as you build your skills in the field.Sessions take place in client homes.Cases are assigned as close to your home as possible.After-school availability required, weekends a plus.What You'll DoProvide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homesFollow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBACollect session data and document client progressCommunicate regularly with supervisors and caregiversMaintain a consistent and reliable scheduleBe a part of a new community initiative launching this summer.RequirementsBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to travel locally to client homesPreferred ExperienceExperience working with children in any setting such as childcare, education, psychology, or healthcareWhat We're Looking ForWe are not just hiring for experience.
