If you are unable to complete this application due to a disability, contact this employer to ask for an accommodation or an alternative application process.General ManagerFull Time Professional Elevate CNY, Westmoreland, NY, USSalary Range: $64,000.00 To $68,000.00 AnnuallyDuties and ResponsibilitiesProvides day‑to‑day oversight of all programmatic operations including but not limited to master scheduling, coordination of programming and events, direct communications with customers and clients, and general management of the facility.Provides administrative support, supervision and direct oversight of ICAN Staff, Volunteers, and Interns working within the facility (Time Sheets, Time off requests, Scheduling, etc.).Responsible for monitoring program budget and spend down lines (Supplies, Field rates, concessions, etc.) and all related paperwork.Work closely with Director of Operations to fulfill vision, maximize utilization of facility and identify opportunities for program growth, partnerships, and revenue generation.Provide programmatic support to program staff including but not limited to: assisting with programs when necessary, conflict resolution, training, daily support, etc.Assists ICAN team members to help link clients and their families to appropriate resources and services in a timely and coordinated manner both within the facility and within the agency.Completes all required documentation in a comprehensive and timely manner as required by ICAN.Maintain statistics for analysis and reporting purposes.Additional duties may be assigned, on an as needed basis.Education/ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Therapeutic Recreation, Human Services or related field preferred.At least three (3) or more years of experience as a supervisor/manager preferred.Must have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, a thorough knowledge of services provided, well developed advocacy skills, and a knowledge and understanding of sports and recreational programming.Experience working with clients with severe emotional and behavioral problems preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
