Lead Data Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven Commercial Analytics Analyst to support business performance, sales strategy, and market insights within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain performance dashboards and reports using internal KPIs and external datasetsAnalyze market trends, product performance, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and risksEvaluate business performance across key metrics such as volume, market share, and new patient startsPartner with Sales and Commercial Leadership to optimize territory alignment, call planning, and targeting strategiesDeliver monthly business reviews using internal data and third-party sources (e.g., prescriber, chargebacks, 867/852 data)Support incentive compensation design, goal setting, and performance trackingAnalyze physician/account-level data and promotional effectiveness to guide segmentation and brand strategyProvide insights and reporting support to field teams for day-to-day executionCollaborate cross-functionally on forecasting models and strategic initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree required5 years of experience in analytics within pharmaceutical or life sciencesStrong understanding of pharma data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, etc.)Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasetsExperience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
