This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accounting responsibilities with administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. Candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience and QuickBooks knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and timelyPerform bank reconciliations and assist with daily financial trackingManage bill payments for multiple entitiesEnter and maintain accurate financial and customer data recordsMake outbound calls to gather and verify important informationAnswer inbound calls and provide professional customer serviceDraft and send email correspondence with vendors, clients, and internal teamsSchedule appointments and assist with calendar managementSupport general administrative duties as neededUtilize Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointQualifications:Previous accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or administrative accounting experience requiredQuickBooks experience preferredOil & Gas industry experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and manage priorities effectivelyProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company long-term while gaining hands-on experience in both accounting and administrative operations.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
