Front Desk Receptionist

## Overview We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you are a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you. ## Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls promptly - Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and calendar management - Coordinate appointments and maintain office schedules - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide general administrative support to staff as needed ## Experience ### Required Skills: - Computer literacy, including proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in office management or related administrative roles ### Nice-to-Have Skills: - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes - Previous experience as a personal assistant - Familiarity with basic data entry tasks If you meet these qualifications and are looking to be an integral part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
