Location: Remote (must be within 90 minutes of Richmond)Pay Rate: $20/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)Training & Schedule:Attendance is critical — missing even one day is not permittedWork Hours (Post-Training): Scheduled between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST8-hour shifts with a 30 or 45-minute lunchSchedule assigned based on business needs (not guaranteed preference)Position OverviewWe are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Contact Center Senior Representatives. In this role, you will serve as an empathetic front-line problem solver, supporting customers, financial professionals, and partners through inbound calls, email, and chat.
